DESCRIPTION
The coach, in addition to providing guidance to explain in detail the purposes, structure, and potential uses of the self-assessment tool, can offer advice on topics related to training in educational competencies, for the individual or the work group.

The coach can provide consultations focused on discussing the results of the questionnaire. Observations and comments will be collected, follow-up questions will be asked to better understand certain aspects, and to clarify training needs and prioritize them by importance/relevance.

In this regard, in a later phase, through one or more remote sessions, the coach can support the definition of training needs and guide the selection of a training path aligned with those needs. In the case of a group, if the contact is with the coordinator/manager of a service, the sessions with the coach aim to reconstruct and outline a sort of “snapshot/identity card” of the service (context/territory in which it operates, history of the service and work group, group composition, etc.) to identify the strengths and “critical points” of the work group.

Finally, the coach will be able to propose one or two training paths that could address the identified needs, based on the content and methodologies of the various paths offered by the self-assessment.
